Cons
Work place bullying from middle management a common trend, fear and aggression is often leveraged to motivate people to hit KPIs. Shouting, and public humiliation would be a regular feature in team meetings. It had been implied that any member of the sales team not returning to the office (mid-pandemic) would be forfeiting their career progression despite the government recommending work from home (mid-2020). Middle management also revoked the sales team’s flexibility in ‘how’ they could conduct outreach by enforcing 60-80 dials with meetings booked my email invalid regardless of outcome.
