The place is nothing less than a prison – employees are not allowed to use their phones, not allowed to step outside, and are constantly micromanaged like children. They do not give Full & Final settlements after employees leave, and shamelessly deduct salaries without explanation. This is outright exploitation and daylight robbery. Forget about career development or work-life balance – this place will drain your energy, kill your motivation, and make your life miserable. This is not just a bad workplace, it’s a trap.
