The coworkers are the only pro

Terrible terrible benefits. Be prepared to pay a 4500 deductible before your insurance pays anything. And the weekly insurance premiums are high. The pay increase is like a slap to the face. 2% across the board regardless of what the persons work ethic is. The hard workers are worked to death and the people who skate by arent required to do anything. Not even the bare minimum. It is pathetic. There are no bonuses. Not even for Christmas. A very unprofessional, unorganized, and terrible place to work. The management staff enjoys causing drama. Good luck if you work here. You will realize this review is 100% facts. All of the positive reviews are probably paid for.

Treat their employees very well. Good overall benefit package.

Cons

Changed PTO policy after I started and I lost PTO hours that I had been promised at hire. Lots of meetings that could be emails.
