- Management should have invested in additional director-level creative resources to better support team reviews and approvals. The director-level leaders I worked with were great and worked incredibly hard, but there simply weren't enough of them to support the volume of work, creating unnecessary pressure across delivery teams. - I found the company's executive leadership to be highly critical while offering very little recognition for the hard work employees were putting in. Over time, this created what I felt was a negative and demotivating working environment. - The biggest concern for me was experiencing unprofessional behaviour from a senior leader during a meeting, where they raised their voice and swore at team members, including me. Despite leadership being made aware of this, I was left with the impression that there was little accountability and no reassurance that the behaviour had been appropriately addressed. Respectful communication and accountability should be expected from everyone, particularly those in leadership positions. Overall, the combination of workload, limited support, and leadership style created a mentally draining environment that ultimately influenced my decision to leave.
