Pros
Will hire almost anyone with any kind of degree - mainly because they are desperate with such a high turnover rate with people leaving as early as one month.
Cons
Company does not care about employees, only making money. Very frugal with pay, supplies and equipment. Lots of corners cut. Low pay. No raises. Apparently, there are people that have been there for more than 3 years and have not received a raise - even they are stellar employees and instrumental to the company. No Bonus. Minimal training - only enough to get do the job (often inadequately, inefficiently) No advancement opportunities. Hours can almost be cut in half at times. Paid hourly, so pay will be cut. Forced to go home unpaid when there is no work. Horrible upper management. Middle management non-existent. No communication between levels. No one is ever on the same page. Lots of favortism. No ethnic diversity. 98% of the employees are Asian. 1% are Caucasian and have the higher/highest pay. Upper level rarely respects employees and often says bad and often times hurtful things behind there backs. Roach and fly infested break room. All the above lead to an overall bad employee mentality, work environment and atmosphere. Inauspicious/unethical business practices and often illegal treatment of employees. Lots of inappropriate language and behavior in upper level staff. I wonder how many times they have been brought to court by former employees.
