Pros

I genuinely enjoy working here, and a big part of that comes down to the leadership team. They set a clear vision, communicate well, and create an environment where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization where leadership is both approachable and forward-thinking. The products we offer are something I’m proud to stand behind—they’re high quality, thoughtfully developed, and truly deliver value to our clients. That makes a huge difference in day-to-day work, especially when building and maintaining strong client relationships. Over time, those relationships have grown into real partnerships, which speaks volumes about the trust and consistency this company provides. The team culture here is another standout. It’s positive, collaborative, and driven without being cutthroat. People genuinely want to help each other succeed, and there’s a strong sense of shared purpose. On top of that, the company consistently hires smart, capable individuals, which elevates everyone and keeps the work engaging. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow, contribute, and feel good about the work you’re doing.

Cons

Work demands ebb and flow based on client needs. Like with any job, there’s an occasional weekend or a couple of nights, but that is fairly infrequent and by project.

Pros

Phaedon is essentially a startup built on the foundation of an established product. 2 1/2 years into the business, they are still finding their way a bit but have entered into 2026 with a clear focus on new client acquisition through investments in Sales & Marketing. The product is sound, rapidly advancing through the use of AI and offers real value for our clients and their customers. Small company size fuels a close-knit culture and ability to easily collaborate across teams. This also affords easy access to leadership, creating a greater level of trust and transparency than what is typically found in larger companies. Flexible hybrid work model allows for work/life balance while bringing people together when it matters. Strong employee benefit package. Consistent focus on celebrating employee achievements through quarterly and annual recognition programs.

Cons

Phaedon divested from a larger organization at the end of 2023. There are many employees who have been with the company 5, 10 even 15+ years which leads to great depth in domain expertise but can make it challenging for new employees as they integrate into the established culture. Due to the newness of the company and small overall size, onboarding and employee growth are underdeveloped at this point. Opportunities for learning and career advancement abound but in a less structured/formal way than people from larger organizations will be accustomed to.
