      Brad Pfluger, the owner, is a very honest, easy to talk to person who unfortunately for the company, has taken a hands off approach to running the company

      Cons

      Austin office incompetently run and mismanaged. Some of the senior principals are competent, but most have never worked elsewhere and refuse to listen to anyone not brought up only in their organization
