      Pros

      Work life balance and capability of working from home. Salary and benefits are great compared to the market place. Some of my best friends are coworkers I met through my years at Pfizer. Good people!

      Cons

      Lots of uncertainty because of excessive lay offs causing work load to increase but it is still manageable.
