      Pros

      Nice location. Lots of jewelry. People are interesting and projects can be quite creative.

      Cons

      Few opportunities in terms of career advancement. Quite a bit of gossip/talking behind one's back in the workplace. Pay is somewhat low.

      Pros

      It is a creative environment in a great location (Santa Fe, NM). Most of the people are friendly and genuinely interested in designing and creating exciting jewelry.

      Cons

      The work/life balance is non-existent and it doesn't need to be that way. There is too much emphasis on getting every last drop of effort out of each employee. There is a lot of potential for fun collaboration but the enviornment is very competitive and catty.
