-The continued training here is the best I have ever experienced in any industry. -I feel like I am part of a team, and there are people who want me to be successful. -I am constantly pushed to do better and not settle for good enough. -The time off is pretty generous.
Cons
-Benefits are expensive but that is pretty standard in the industry. -The rapid expansion has led to some irregular work schedules.
