Pros
Great company with huge growth potential. Highly profitable, yet still relatively small number of employees. As an apparel manufacturer, they have the potential for becoming the next Ralph Lauren or Tommy Hilfiger.
Cons
Little room for advancement. Tends to be an "old boys club" mentality with some managers where if you're liked you advance and if not you don't regardless of how well you do your job. Salaries tend to be below average in some departments.
