Pros
Pet Friendly and that is about it.
Cons
PetIQ has completely lost its way under the new leadership. The recent president was brought in with no clear vision and seems to make sweeping changes just for the sake of shaking things up — not to improve the business. Morale is at an all-time low. There’s a deep culture of favoritism, especially among upper management, where certain voices are always heard, and others are ignored or even punished for speaking up. The marketing team has become complacent and unmotivated — lots of posturing, very little execution. Teams are siloed, collaboration is nonexistent, and creativity is stifled. Worst of all, employees live in constant fear of being laid off. There’s zero job security, no communication from leadership, and no investment in employee development. Unless there’s a major cultural shift from the top, this company will continue to lose good people and struggle to build anything meaningful.
