The CEO is okay. He knows what he wants but not always how to get it, which means there's sometimes a lack of direction. He can be very intimidating and dominates conversations. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions most of the time. While scheduling can be flexible, be aware that you still might get called out for not putting in enough time on weeks you have other engagements The company is ONLY profit focused. I never felt like I was cared about or valued as an employee. Feedback was only how to improve, never about what I did well.
