4 day work week, easily accessible location

No bonus, no increment, and definitely no proper training. Management is super passive-aggressive and full of empty promises. So much gossip and backtalk, it felt toxic. Pay is often late, and breaks weren’t always guaranteed—even if you really needed one. The SOPs and procedures changes every week, always short-staffed because main office in HK is watching finances closely. Too much work for way too little pay, finger pointing and bullying of staff and vets, And those monthly meetings? Total waste of time—nothing changes. They’d guilt-trip you constantly too. Overall, just a draining experience.
