It's the first office I've worked in where there are no apparent cliques and the office politics are at a constant low. Everyone is so friendly. It's a real family. The free lunches are great. The management and leadership team are all easy to talk to and actually listen to your thoughts, ideas and concerns. Friday drinks, monthly cocktails, cookies, snacks, staff bring in home-baked treats alllll the time. Not a day goes by without hearing laughter. Everyone is treated as an equal

There is no free parking in the area, however, they do subsidise a monthly reserved parking bay for you if you want. They run out of milk regularly. They're surrounded by too many bakeries and breweries.

I won't snub the free lunch, they were at least good. Plus you get cake at least once a month

They want someone who is okay with every toxic positive cliche you know; "great office environment" = open floor plan with no privacy "fast paced environment" = zero onboarding "we're like a family" = you'll have clients assigned to you when you already feel like you're at capacity, but when you say you're struggling with the work load they'll just assign you more
