Flexible breaks and bonuses, but poor management culture - Client Services Partner Pertemps Employee Review

Pros

I am able to take more breaks or work from home when not feeling well, and we usually get a profit-based bonus at the end of the year, though this isn't guaranteed

Cons

Absolutely no prospect of progression, always get refused a pay rise, when working from home no one is allowed to know like it's a massive secret, made to feel guilty for taking time off and even when giving over a month's notice for one annual leave day it often gets rejected. Management definitely have favourites and when speaking up we are often ignored or treated differently for the next week or two. Playground politics comes to mind when thinking of Pertemps

They are an recruitment service

Cons

Poorly informed consultants who call candidates- with little to no information on the role-or mis-information. When you ask a question that is not on their script- they get flustered and have zero customer /candidate service skills. I would not recommend any candidate to these unskilled and inept 'consultants'.
