Pros
U get to work on Big Data. U work in analytics & advertising domains which are very hot these days.
Cons
People at top engg positions in India & US are not so great: they are haughty. Most of the top positions are given to those whom CEO knows personally or worked them in the past: not to an outsider and this lead to a lot of politics. Not so great employee benefits. U work on payroll of some consultancy firm instead of Personagraph as the company is not incorporated in India yet. No job security, people can get fired easily. Decisions & strategies are changed very often without explaining the need for that change to the teams. Code is not well written as people work in an extremely fast paced env. Poor work-life balance. No leave policy- it does not mean u can take as many as u want- it's tough to take leaves. Politics has already started. Some people don't want to share the knowledge of the products to keep their dependency as they are not technically strong, for their survival in the company. They want to scale the system in prod without adding enough hardware: it's a result of poor planning and being stingy about wrong things. Program Managers are there just for namesake.
