The standards are high and one of the most important values here is proactivity. With a lot of respect to the individual feeling of a hurt employee, it's understood that once you do not meet them, it's frustrating. But we give a lot of support and will never let anyone "drown" so to say the environment is toxic is so far from the truth and the day-to-day.
