Perseus really gets it. They are investing in the newest technologies to offer the best to their imprints and clients, which makes the environment exciting around the office. The office culture is amazing - a lot has changed since previous reviews. I haven't worked at a more pleasant and comfortable company (I've worked for over 7). Summer Fridays are great, leaving early for the weekend. Employee satisfaction and retention is very important these days with the new head of HR, definitely an overall change.
