From the interview process through onboarding, everyone has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The leadership team has demonstrated a clear commitment to customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and empowering teams to succeed. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting well-known brands such as Original Penguin and Callaway Golf Apparel while working alongside talented professionals across multiple departments. Everyone I have met so far is so friendly and welcoming. As a new employee, everyone has been very patient and willing to help in everyway they can. The company has great benefits and brings in fun activities some weeks (massages and bowling)

Sometimes the company's websites are a little slow with everyone on them (specifically PLM). I also don't like that we can't eat at are desks. Sometimes its just easier to eat at the desk.
