Pros
If you work on the. administrative side, you can enjoy working remotely from home. There's a very "Austin" casual environment in and out of the office. No need to play dress-up here. The experience is the only thing I am proud to walk away from this company with. This job will give you the Supply Chain Management basics you need to move to a company that will copensate you what your talent is woth.
Cons
After three years of being with this company, my workload increased by 60% from the first year I started. And, I received only one pay raise of $1.00. The management team is very political. They will continue to increase your workload with no pay incentive other than "Do you want to keep this job". They do not have any internal trajectors for employees (partly because the company is too small). Also, there is very limited room to grow here. I cannot emphasize this enough: The management team at the company will NOT support you professionally. Their first instinct is to point the finger and blame people and scold them. This is a very toxic environment for anyone wanting to start a career in Supply Chain Management on any level.
