Pros
A paycheck - when the checks don't bounce - and a job before the whole thing crumbles. No one will notice if you work hard or not as there is little supervision or checks and balances. A bathroom when it's not being repaired and sometimes you can find a parking space.
Cons
-No central culture or vision. Rudeness is tolerated. -Non-existent training and they seem proud of that fact. -The whole operation is operated by a skeleton crew so if you show any initiative or work ethic then your coworkers will beg and bully you to take on their workload as well - Incompetent management more focused on some pseudoscientic "personality" test rather than rewarding good behaviors or work. Managers would rather be hands off which is just laziness. Got a question? They never know the answer or even how to help you do your job. -Lots of nepotism - The best metaphor for the company is the moldering pile of nine years worth of paper records exposed to humidity, rodents and insects. They don't invest in saving their own documents that are lying vulnerable. They are not invested in having a future.
