Pros

-Some talented and knowledgeable colleagues who are committed despite challenges. -Opportunities to learn and adapt in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment. -Exposure to a broad scope of work due to lean teams (can be a pro for some).

Cons

-Company is undergoing restructuring processes, creating instability and a lack of clear direction. -Increasing levels of micromanagement, limiting autonomy and innovation. -Unrealistic performance targets are set without proper resourcing or support. -Teams are extremely lean, leading to burnout and unsustainable workloads. -Communication from leadership is often unclear, reactive, and not aligned with ground-level realities.

Pros

Used to be a wonderful place to work before being bought out.

Cons

There is no feeling of teamwork anymore. Management could be quite nasty and favoritism ran high. New manager seemed to like running things like it was a third world country.
