Pros
It's a big, stable company with some good technology.
Cons
The good technology is swamped by a highly politicised management structure -- senior managers don't manage their businesses, but spend all their time managing upwards to keep their jobs. Services -- IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, etc., are siloed and not under control of the people trying to deliver product, but can do what they like as long as central management is happy.
