      Many different platforms to develop and integrate, dominance of specific areas like screening newborns, animal imaging, chromatography, radioactive materials and environmental testing.

      Cons

      Not much research being done or long term planning. Manufacturing division not up to par. Doesn't value initiative, creativity or its employees.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
