      Pros

      good team atmosphere, competitve salary, good chance to learn new skills, and company is managed by documented rules very well. it's pity I have to leave for family reason.

      Cons

      In some small projects, product owner is hard to reach and not show up in scrum meeting, program manager is relaying requirement and can't make decision soon.

      Pros

      Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

      Cons

      Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
