We are happy to hear you have had a positive experience with our culture, mentoring, and office environment. Creating a constructive and supportive workplace is very important to us and many of our Sales Execs in UK hubs have been deeply involved with our office culture, from helping to organise hub events and having being sponsored by management to become Mental Health First Aiders.
We also appreciate your honest input on areas for improvement. On compensation and benefits, we are very aware of how important this is for our people. We run regular reviews to ensure we are staying competitive and aligned with the market. This remains a clear priority and we have taken positive steps forward on this in 2025 for our existing team.
Sales can be a challenging environment, particularly in a fast-growing and constantly evolving company. We recognise this can be especially true for new joiners, which is why we have a structured onboarding process with clear ramp-up targets to support their success from the start. For team members outside our Barcelona HQ, we are continuously investing in stronger communication, recognition, and inclusion across our entire Revenue team, to ensure everyone feels connected and valued, no matter their location. Our team of managers also ensure they regularly travel in person to all hub locations.
