Pros

I cannot think of any.

Cons

I strongly advise anyone considering this facility, whether for care or employment, to think twice. This hospital is deeply unprofessional, disorganized, run-down, and appears to be staffed by underpaid employees who are left unsupported by poor leadership. Concerns include: Toxic leadership: Certain members of management, including individuals from risk management and engineering, behave as if they own the place, treating staff with open disrespect and condescension. Reports of favoritism are rampant, with relatives working together in the same units, making it nearly impossible for staff to report misconduct without fear of retaliation. Bullying and intimidation: The Chief Nursing Officer has reportedly threatened nurses via text with state reporting, creating an atmosphere of fear rather than support. Hostile work environment: Staff conflicts are frequent and sometimes occur right at the nurses’ station, in full view of patients. There have even been physical altercations. Poor supply management: Basic supplies, including lab materials and working printers, are often unavailable. Lack of clear communication: Chain-of-command is disregarded, with supervisors relaying issues haphazardly and creating confusion rather than solutions. Unfair pay and questionable hiring: Nurses and mental health techs (MHTs) are underpaid and compensation often depends on who you know in upper management. Reports suggest that nurses under license investigation have been hired just to be exploited and controlled. Patient safety concerns: Inmates and juvenile patients are housed together with regular patients, including teens. Families should be aware that their loved ones may not be kept in appropriate or safe peer groups. In my opinion, this facility operates more like a dysfunctional clique than a place of healing. If you value safety, professionalism, and respect, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere, whether you are seeking care or employment.
