We constantly work to improve leadership skills, development opportunies and try to provide as much job variation as possible. Some improvements need time as well as the support of everyone in the organization.
HR is always and with no exceptions helpful in any way they can. None in HR ever tells an employee to go away. That’s why we would appreciate it if you could give us any details or a specific example in this case.
We actively facilitate department changes whenever possible. Any job opening is sent out via email to all our employees and the company always reviews and favors internal applications first.
Since becoming a part of Publicis Groupe S.A. we have a lot more possibilities for personal development and growth. But this is something that needs time to be fully implemented. The online learning platform you mentioned is called the IQ academy and is the Publicis Groupe´s global online training platform that provides a wide range of professional media and marketing online courses, not just on the topic of digital marketing.
Different rules for different employees based on personal sympathy make no sense to us and our managers should not treat their employees like that. Since we don’t know what department you were in, detailed information would be very welcome. We just want to point out the possibility that some colleagues may have some personal matters that result in different regulations for them – in such cases we try to be as fair and flexible as possible.
