      Starting pay will also be your only pay. worked there for 5 years and still pays the same. will go to several different counties and will end up at the one you started in.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
