      Salary and benefits, food shows, great work/life balance. Open to creative thinking.

      Still stuck as a “mom and pop” operation with the good ole boys running it. Lacks sophistication and soft skills from management.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
