      Overtime, Meeting new people, making people happy to be on time with their groceries. Getting familiar with routes, and customers.

      Cons

      having a messed-up route, with having to travel 2 and half hours away just to deliver groceries.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
