      There is none that i can thank of

      Cons

      Work hours. Salaried get paid 40 a week but works well over these hours. Per payroll they take hour for lunch, but you are only giving 30 minutes for lunch

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
