      Easy work, decent benefits, some family fun activities

      Cons

      Pay, toxic leadership/managers they are all Very clicky. No such thing as work life balance. No pay raises or promotions even if a top performer, but people that have been here less than 1 year get 2 promotions and 2 raises because the boss is a perv!
