Pros
I had numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Starting as an intern, I gradually took on greater responsibilities including assisting in training sessions, leading projects, and interacting with clients from a variety of backgrounds. I was fortunate to gain exposure to unique groups such as persons with disabilities and inmates which greatly broadened my perspective. The role also allowed me to develop a wide range of skills from communication and leadership to project management while constantly challenging me to step out of my comfort zone. The handson experience and supportive environment made it a solid foundation for my career
Cons
One area that could be improved is the internal process, which would benefit from more structure and clarity. Newcomers or anyone may struggle at times due to a lack of clear guidance and instructions. With more organized onboarding and consistent support, the company could better retain talent and ensure smoother transitions
