Pros

They are pretty flexible with your work schedule. That's about it.

Cons

High works load. They don't schedule enough employees so if someone calls in (which someone always does) your whole shift will be rough. Morale is horrible at this company, Benefits are really bad & management is all talk but no action. They have shown this time & time again.
