Pros

Opportunities for overtime, company events to make work more fun. Extensive training so you learn your job inside and out. Opportunity to save the day for patients or doctors and nurses.

Cons

Too clique-ish. Poor morale. Training program is exhausting. Lots of gossip, and it felt like an episode of "As the World Turns" weekly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you mentioned company events as our People and Culture Committee is working hard to coordinate unique events and make working at PerfectServe exciting. We recognize that we have an extensive training program, however, we invest the necessary time and resources in new hires to make sure they are sufficiently prepared to provide the best service to our clients. We put a lot of effort in keeping PerfectServe a great place to work and we greatly appreciate all the feedback from current and former employees to make recommended improvements.

Cons

Career clarity - fewer defined promotion paths that depend heavily on timing. Strong team culture with growth opportunities, but unclear promotions Compensation is fairly market-aligned, not premium. Potential for being underpaid for scope
