      Pros

      Best place for only learning purpose and time pass.

      Cons

      They never give salary on time and always make lame excuse. 6 Days working in a week.they don't do annual appraisal. In case If you resign there. You need to serve proper notice period and after notice period they do not give you revealing letter and your last month salary. Its such a bad place for work and career purpose.
