Pros

The company has had a good reputation.

Cons

The company is run on adrenaline and emotional chaos. There is nothing professional about this place other than the few hard working women that work in the company for the ruler of the empire. These women do work hard. Unfortunately, there is nothing about this company that is professional. The management is all about making money, creating drama behind the scenes and has a Sweat Shop Mentality. There is nothing progressive or thoughtful about this company. They even claim to be a green company when paper, electricity and resources are a constant waste. Smoke and Mirrors. Smoke and Mirrors. Crisis, Chaos and Emotional Drama with an iron fist.

Pros

Solina Walton is the Founder. (There is another Perfect Timing in WI--not Perfect Timing, Larkspur). The company was founded on impeccable values and work ethic. The people within the company like Renee and Vicki have been there for years and years. Core team of great integrity. No seat is ever filled with a warm body. A great deal of attention and detail goes into all aspects of recruiting and filling positions with the right fit. The positions are sustainable and last a very long time. Great connections and respect in the community. Awesome track record of providing professionals for many over 26 years.

Cons

There are two sides to every coin. If people are not impeccable with their work ethic, appearance, professionalism--they will not make it at Perfect Timing Personnel. Maybe some disgruntled people that did not make the cut. This happens when there are issues with professionalism.
