      Pros

      Work with some very bright people, love that it's a small company so you really get to own your area of expertise and literally be a big part in scaling a company. Benefits are fantastic, the company really cares about the employees. Not having to go to an office all the time is great, allows much more productivity not having to commute somewhere. Competitive salary & equity in the company. Excited for the future of the company!

      Cons

      Only con would be not having a 401k right now but hopeful that will come soon!

      - Remote - Good business momentum given Keto trend - Potential for growth

      Cons

      - Inexperienced and unprofessional leadership (open drug usage, racist comments) - Unethical treatment of employees and vendors (contractors/vendors ruthlessly lowballed or not paid, key partnerships built and abruptly ended without any rationale besides wanting to cut costs - at the expense of significant losses in revenue)
