Third, strong leadership that thoughtfully and deliberately articulates a clear vision of future state. Last, the team is tight-knit, and the leaders are compassionate and really care about their people.
Cons
As a start-up, there is an expected level of aggressive deadlines and heavy work loads, however the culture is flexible, so long as the work gets done. The company is understaffed, so work roles and responsibilities can blur to fit the need.
