Owner takes time to get to know every single employee on a personal level. Company seeks out and highly regards the input of employees regarding pay, shifts and any other concerns. Owner and management take time to work with employees to help.
Recent pay incentives, new high bonus pay quarterly and annually which are earned individually and as a team.
No "cold calling" so you are only calling customers who have asked to be contacted or have called in.
Cons
No fixed work schedules. It is hard to plan doctors visits, dental, family life, volunteer services if you don't know what your days off will be until 1-2 weeks in advance. (Footnote: this is being worked on now).
