      Pros

      Interesting technology and at least it is a paycheck.

      Cons

      Technology leader (CTO) is a narcissist and borderline psychopath. He treats us in the technical staff as if he is in the 1890's and the English ruler of the Indian Subcontinent.

      Pros

      Great company and product!! Doing great things! Opportunity to learn more than just your narrow specialty! Great founder/CTO, he's a genius and super nice, but a little intense. The guy is literally a brain surgeon, engineer, MD/PhD

      Cons

      Can get intense. It's a start-up so always a bit risky! I'll miss it, but too far away from where I live.
