Pros

The team leads here are absolutely fantastic! They guide you through all the changes with genuine understanding and empathy. They truly care about everyone, right up to the highest levels of management. They make sure to incentivize and organize fun activities to keep the team spirit alive. Plus, they’re super consistent with policies, treating everyone equally—no favorites here! Do the right thing, and they’ll always have your back.

Cons

As for the cons, there are hardly any. The only downside is that they are no longer offering remote positions, which is how I started back in 2021.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
