Respect- We treat everyone with dignity and respect. Proactive- We act-- not react Teamwork- We promote effective teamwork and open communication. This job is all about relationships and growth. The people are amazing, and everyone sticks to our core values.

Cons

It can be chaotic because we have so much information changing and processes being fine tuned. These things happens sometimes hourly or daily. Having the flexibility to go with the flow and take constructive feedback and apply it are a must. That being said, remember that we have respect for everyone. It is not ever a 'yelled at' or 'talked down to' situation. It is normal conversation. It is positive. Our team works HARD together to exceed expectations and we all work together.

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
