Worst job ever! - Fleet Service Agent Percepta Employee Review

Pros

Benefits and there not all that great.. can't even use my dental insurance because they can't find my number.. money comes out my check though.

Cons

This is the worst play ever to work! I used to love my job and was so excited to come to work and was early everyday! Until they moved me without notice to the fleet department and the TLs on that side are mean and cruel. The training was horrible and we learned Nothing! I've let them know that I need more training and they still make you take calls and when you mess up they fuss at you and call you out in front of the team.. and when I ask questions in the box.. they don't answer you back! I used to love This company until they threw me away on a side that feels like prison! Now we're told we can't use the bathroom and if so it has to be part of our break! The bronco side was so much better!! I went through two trainings on that side just to be forced on the fleet side and forced in there training for weeks and all the trainer did was talk at us and so now we're on the phones and have no clue what we are doing!! I can eat.. can't sleep not knowing what the next day will bring!! Soon as we say something.. the TLs jump down our throats!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! I'm an honest dependable worker who used to love to come to work. This feels like a prison sentence.. and there is no one that will help.. :0(

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
