Respect- At Percepta, I have witnessed people show mutual respect for others even when there were disagreements. Every voice is heard and shows up on an anonymous survey every quarter and then a team works through the issues bringing solutions to the problems that arise and celebrating the ways in which we succeed. Team Work- Our culture is one of collaboration. From the partnership of Supervisors and Agents to Leadership and Support the value of a culture of service means we work together to achieve our mutual goals and exceed our customers expectations. Proactive-- We value thinking ahead and responding as opposed to reacting. Being proactive means we don't just do what a customer asks us to do we anticipate their concerns, needs and expectations and suggest solutions for tomorrows problems today. Beyond a principled place to work, Percepta's people are quality professionals who love their work and genuinely care for each other.

Cons

Percepta Asheville is a 24/7 contact center. Some positions have shift that are not during the day and may not work well for some people.

It's so great to see our values hitting home with our employees. We are proud of them and strive to use them as a framework for our roles and jobs and how we operate every day. Pros

I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

Cons

No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.
