7yGood Morning, thank you for your feedback. We have a very robust survey process we use to solicit feedback from all of our staff (globally) multiple times every year; with over 2,700 employees this is a much more practical means of soliciting input than "walking the floor" (which would require an in-person visit to multiple sites and several countries). You did not indicate how long or when you worked with us, but our most recent Pulse survey was just completed last month (and led to a number of process improvements based on global feedback). We're proud of both our survey process and our Executive Leadership team and are grateful to have them.
