Pros

The company that I work for is very good. Great culture. Great training. Positive and supportive environment.

I am a new employee, have been working here for 4 weeks, going on 5 and I have not yet been compensated. Percepta management has horrible communication. They failed to explain that it would take this much time or effort in order to receive my first paycheck. They send your check on the date you get paid, then policy states they have to wait 5 days in order to place an emergency stop pay on your check if you don't receive it in the mail (which I haven't), then they have to investigate that the check hasn't been deposited elsewhere, THEN they can initiate a "emergency direct deposit". I have NEVER had such a difficulty with any other employer to get paid. Unreasonable and outdated. This is 2018. It's been a month. I had obligations to fulfill that have now been marked as late and I have accrued late fees which raised the amount of money I have to pay... all because it's such a difficult process in order for my to receive my money. This is such a waste of time, incredibly frustrating. It's 2018 and it shouldn't be this difficult to get paid.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
