      Pros

      It's just 30 year of legacy which is working... rest is nothing. HR is very bad. The chairman has no knowledge about the business.

      Cons

      Salaries are delayed by 50-60 days. Reiumbursements never comes. Full and final settlements are not paid. Vendors daily comes and beat the commercial guys.
